Also known as Chilean Seabass or Patagonian Toothfish. A premium species wild-caught from the deep ocean. Its unique soft and buttery meat is what lured the consumers. It is also highly sought after due to the high level of omega3 fatty-acid which comes with many health benefits. The high price is also due to the limited harvesting allowed to prevent extinction in line with the sustainability policy. The steak cut has the main spinal bone in the middle and is the perfect portion for 2 adults to share over a meal.
Special Note: The product is imported frozen to lock its freshness at its best. Thaw required portion and keep the rest frozen for uncompromised quality.

Vendor should have descale the cod steak as it is very hard to do it holding on the thin steak.
Hi, thank you for your feedback. Tips: Descale when fish is semi-frozen. Scales act as a barrier to protect the fish’s skin from the air.
Just as good as what I buy from wet markets.
