Prices and availability of Goods are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered and Savour Gourmet/Gourmet Trendz reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after a Sales Order has been submitted and whether or not the Sales Order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

If your Credit Card has already been charged for the purchase and your Sales Order is cancelled, Savour Gourmet/Gourmet Trendz will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.

Our Delivery Policy

Request of Preferred Timing
Please note that due to the overwhelming number of orders we process daily, we are unable to cater to specific time slots requested in the order notes.

Items Received Defrosted
Please note that we are not liable for items that are received defrosted. This is due to the delivery process and may vary depending on your location.

On our end, we ensure that all orders are checked and in good frozen condition before handing them over to the drivers.

Missing Items
As much as we do our best to double check all orders before they leave our warehouse, some orders may have missing items. Just drop us a call at +65 6694 5996 and we will ensure that the missing items are delivered to you.

Failed Delivery
If you fail to be around on the scheduled day of delivery, we may be unable to re-deliver your order another day as our products may not be fresh or fit for consumption anymore. By making your purchase, you agree that there will be no refund of your order should there be nobody around to collect your order.

Our staff will wait up to a maximum of 10 minutes at your indicated address, following which, we will leave the order at your doorstep.

Please note that we will charge a redelivery fee of $10 for each attempt if you are not present to collect your order. This amount will be payable upon redelivery.

Alternatively, you may choose to opt for self-pickup at no extra charge.

Return Policy

This return and refund policy indicates the context in which you are eligible for a return and/or a refund on your order.

How many days do I have to return my item?
We understand that we may have shipped a product which you are not satisfied with. As such, you can return any item ordered within 3 days of delivery. The 3-day window starts on the day you effectively receive the item at your delivery location.

To notify us of your return, please contact our customer support team through live chat or email.

In order for the return to be accepted, the product must be received in whole (as per received) and unopened.

For perishables such as crab, fish – please take sufficient photo/video evidence of the item’s condition as we may advise you to dispose of the item instead of returning it.

Do I need to cover the return shipping cost?
You will have to cover the cost of the returning the item.

What type of refund can I expect?
For payment made via Credit Card & PayPal, we will refund you via your original payment method.

For payment made via Cash on Delivery, we may return you either through Cash, Bank Transfer or PayNow.

When will I receive my refund?
We will proceed with the refund within 14 days of receiving your return request. We might however delay the refund if we haven’t received the item within that time window, or we don’t receive evidence that the item was defective.
