- Rinse the tteokbokki rice cake in cold water and place it on a sieve. (If you pre-soak the rice cake in water for about 30mins, you can eat a softer and chewy texture of tteokbokki.)
- Add 350ml (two cups of paper cups), tteokbokki sauce, tteokbokki, and fish cake to a boil over high heat.
- Cook over with high heat for 4 mins.
- If you cook with onions and green onions according to your preference, you can eat more delicious tteokbokki.
