Samgyetang is traditionally served during summer in Korea. It is believed to replace lost nutrients in the body due to excessive sweating and physical exertion during the hot summer time.
1. Defrost the gensing chicken overnight in the chiller or into boiling water for 10-15 minutes.
2. Once defrosted, pour into pot and cook.
*Tip: You can add some salt and pepper to further enhance the flavor.
