Pesan sebelum jam 5 petang untuk penghantaran keesokan harinya. (Tidak termasuk Ahad dan Cuti Umum)
Semua penghantaran ditunaikan oleh krew dalaman kami. Untuk memastikan produk anda berada di tangan yang terbaik, semua kakitangan kami dilatih dalam pengendalian dan kebersihan makanan.
Our Delivery Policy
Request of Preferred Timing
Please note that due to the overwhelming number of orders we process daily, we are unable to cater to specific time slots requested in the order notes.
Items Received Defrosted
Please note that we are not liable for items that are received defrosted. This is due to the delivery process and may vary depending on your location.
On our end, we ensure that all orders are checked and in good frozen condition before handing them over to the drivers.
Missing Items
As much as we do our best to double check all orders before they leave our warehouse, some orders may have missing items. Just drop us a call at +65 6694 5996 and we will ensure that the missing items are delivered to you.
Failed Delivery
If you fail to be around on the scheduled day of delivery, we may be unable to re-deliver your order another day as our products may not be fresh or fit for consumption anymore. By making your purchase, you agree that there will be no refund of your order should there be nobody around to collect your order.
Our staff will wait up to a maximum of 10 minutes at your indicated address, following which, we will leave the order at your doorstep.
Please note that we will charge a redelivery fee of $10 for each attempt if you are not present to collect your order. This amount will be payable upon redelivery.
Alternatively, you may choose to opt for self-pickup at no extra charge.
Bolehkah Saya Mengambil Sendiri?
Self collection is available from Monday to Friday from 11am to 4pm and Saturday from 10am to 12pm. (Excluding Sundays and Public Holidays)
