Our raw White Mantis Prawns are sourced from the Indonesia waters, deshelled for customers’ convenience and individually packed and rapidly frozen to maintain freshness longer because we know that matters. Saves preparation time and is ideal for those who prefer a hassle-free experience of not having to deshell the prawns.
Cooking Method: Due to the inherent delicate texture of mantis prawns, deep-frying is the recommended cooking style.
Note: Due to factory packing process, the weight of the product you receive is its GROSS WEIGHT which may include glazing/ice to preserve the product’s freshness.
